Is shipping included? No. All prices do not include shipping. Many of the items come shipped “motor freight". Meaning on 18 wheelers! Our shipping rates and quotes are for residential and lift-gate service. Contact us at for shipping quotes. Please give us the product and a complete shipping address including zip code!

Will they deliver and setup the game in my house? No. Shipping quotes are for getting the game down and off the back of the truck. In some cases they may bring it to a door provided there are no steps involved. If you would like inside delivery we can arrange it at a much higher cost. It is best that you have some helpful family or friends over to assist you with getting it in the door or up/down stairs.

Will they just drop it off even if I am not home? No. Upon shipment of your equipment the shipping company will be given your phone number(s) to contact you to arrange a time that is convenient to you as best they can. Usually a day ahead and within a window of 2-3 hours.

Can they deliver at night or weekends? No. All deliveries are made between regular business hours of 8-5.

How long does it take to ship? Once your game is ready to ship, it usually takes between 3-6 business days for delivery depending on your location.

What if it is damaged during shipping? In the event that damage is done during the shipping and it is visible upon inspection - DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY! Refuse delivery noting the damage and contact us. If the damage was visible and you except it it becomes your problem!

What if it looked fine and it was damaged after we opened it? Concealed damage happens on rare occasions. When it does it is very important that you document it with pictures and notes. You will still have to file a claim with the carrier but we will assist you with that and work to insure that the product is either returned to us for a full refund minus the shipping or we will repair what may have been damaged. Our equipment is professionally packaged and to date have had less than 3% damage rate.

What happens if we get the game and there was no physical or hidden damage - it just does not work? This to happens occasionally. However we will stand behind every game we sell and will get the game or product working to your satisfaction. All games are tested (left running for 2-3 days) before shipping.

Are all your games in stock and ready to ship? Most games are in stock. However often times on a classic or other video game we don't begin the reconditioning process until we have a deposit or it is paid in full. Once it is paid for it takes approximately 3-7 days to complete the reconditioning process.

What is the warranty? All video games carry a 60 warranty on PARTS except the CRT or monitor. If you purchase a fully reconditioned it is a 90 day warranty and 6 months on the CRT. This warranty is for home use games only. Commercial games carry a 30 day warranty on parts only. Warranty is void for any abuse and misuse other than what was intended for normal game play.

What happens after the warranty? We are here for you even after the warranty is over. We have approximately 12-15 technicians around the country that we subcontract out in home service calls with. It is fee based by the hour. However, we offer phone tech support for your game as long as you own it. We can repair most problems that arise. It may require you to troubleshoot it over the phone and our tech will talk you through it. You send us the broken or defective part and we will replace it free during the warranty period and for a fee after the warranty expires.

Do you offer a service plan? We do have limited service plans available. These plans cover the games for a 1-3 year period and usually run between $399.00 and $699.00 depending on the game. Please ask about it when ordering. The service plan cover monitors for the full time of the contract.

What if I get the game and don't like it? We are here to please you! If you purchase the game and you're not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it for a full refund minus the costs of shipping and also a restocking fee of 15% or more.

Do I have to use coins or tokens to play the games? We set all the games on FREE PLAY that allow for this function. Older games often don't have this feature. If you want it for coin-operation please let us know when ordering.

Can I trade it in if I get tired of it or just don't want it? Yes. Depending on its shape and condition we offer up to 50% trade in value towards the purchase of another product we sell (video games and redemption games only no exceptions).

Do you lease machines? We only lease machines in the North Carolina market. Otherwise they are for sale only.

Do you offer financing or layaway plans? We don't offer financing on our games. We accept all major credit cards and check. You can also put games on layaway with 50% down and the balance paid as agreed to. No game ships prior to being paid for in full. Also checks must clear before equipment is shipped.

Do you give discounts for more that one piece of equipment? Yes! If you are looking to purchase several pieces of equipment or games we will give you a discount. However, do not tell us you want three games and we give a discount based on those three and then you only buy one and want the discount price. It wont work!
